With more than 1,000 Competitors in 46 Skills WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 has reached a dimension that has never been seen before. To organise a competition of such size is a demanding and exciting challenge.

Weeks and months of preparation lie behind the participants from 53 countries and regions. Many will take a long journey upon themselves to give their best at the Competitions. I wish all Competitors lots of success. Who has big goals will come far.
